We are looking for a variety of items for our school and community garden projects.
Here is a partial list of what we could use. Please contact us to see how you can help.
Gloves: kids sizes (ages 5-18)
Kids tools: hand tools and garden tools - sized for kids
Light weight wheel barrows
Rubber boots: all sizes for ages 4-12
Sun hats: straw or baseball cap type
Garden hand tools: rakes, shovels, hoes (adult sized)
BOTH GARDENS NEED:
Bags of compost and top soil
Chain link gates 48" to 12'
Concrete blocks (for raised beds)
Concrete pavers or bricks
Garden art work
Garden hoses and nozzles
Irrigation supplies: pipes and fittings
Ornamental plants: iris, roses, day lillies, etc.
Plexiglass for outside bulletin boards
Redwood lumber: any size or length
Seeds and bulbs
Wire fencing: 2X4 hog wire or chain link fencing and fittings and posts
Wood or concrete benches and tables
Binders 1" - 2" clear sleeves
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR:

Monthly meeting presentations regarding gardening topics
Sod cutter work
Tractor tilling work
Wrought iron fencing
